--><\/p>\n<p>Conroe-based Bleyl Engineering has a stronger foundation in the center of Texas with the acquisition of Austin-based Garrett-Ihnen Civil Engineers.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- text --><\/p>\n<p>Bleyl Engineering, a civil engineering company that specializes in the design of urban and private development projects, will integrate its Southern Austin and Garrett-Inen offices at 12007 Technology Blvd.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- text --><\/p>\n<p>With the addition of 14 employees at Garrett-Ihnen, Bleyl Engineering has grown to 82 employees, including 26 licensed engineers.<\/p>\n<p>
