begin construction at Heritage Plaza, the latest renovation project next month.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- text --><\/p>\n<p>The company <strong>Millions pumped into downtown Houston center<\/strong> and <strong>Allen Center<\/strong>The renovation will focus on the exterior of the building, the lobby and the conference hall.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- text --><\/p>\n<p>One of the best-known buildings in the city skyline, the 53-story Heritage Plaza has a granite pagoda similar to the Mayan temple. 1111 Bagby St.&#39;s 1.1 million square foot tower was opened in 1987.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- text Kirsey is expected to be completed at Brookfield Properties in January 2021.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- text --><\/p>\n<p>This change includes many features that are widely used in modern office space design. The lobby will encourage tenants to use the space.
