For the first time in April, the coalition talks collapsed, and a poll was conducted.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"media-landscape has-caption full-width\">\n            <span class=\"image-and-copyright-container\"><\/p>\n<p>                 <span class=\"off-screen\">Image copyright<\/span><br \/>\n                 <span class=\"story-image-copyright\">EPA<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            <\/span><figcaption class=\"media-caption\">\n                <span class=\"off-screen\">Image caption<\/span><br \/>\n                <span class=\"media-caption__text\"><\/p>\n<p>                    The Joint List Alliance made recommendations to Israeli President Reuven Rivlin.<br \/>\n                <\/span><br \/>\n            <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Faced with another stalemate, Israeli President Ruben Riblin advised the new government to include Gantz&#39;s Blue and White Alliance and Netanyahu&#39;s Likud Party.<\/p>\n<p>President Riblin says he will do his best to avoid the third election in Israel this year.<\/p>\n<p>Aymen Odeh, head of the joint list, told President Riblin that the alliance&#39;s priority is preventing the Prime Minister Netanyahu from performing another term.<\/p>\n<p>The joint list won 13 seats in the election. If Gantz had approved all 13 seats, he would still fall short of the 61 seats needed by the majority of the 120 seats.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"media-landscape no-caption full-width\">\n            <span class=\"image-and-copyright-container\"><\/p>\n<p>            <\/span><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<figure class=\"media-landscape no-caption full-width\">\n            <span class=\"image-and-copyright-container\"><\/p>\n<p>            <\/span><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>This is an important exercise of political power by the Palestinian citizens of Israel. <\/p>\n<p>President Lee Blin is in talks with party leaders who have to ask to lead the country after last week&#39;s undetermined election results. The Arab parties were strong, becoming the third largest power of the legislature. <\/p>\n<p>Their support will not give Benny Gantz and his Blue &amp; White alliance a majority, but will strengthen negotiations on who gets the first chance to form a government. <\/p>\n<p>Ayman Odeh, the leader of the Arab group, said he did not support Gantz and his police.
