You can tap on the paintbrush icon and open additional options with toggles as shown in the image. <\/p>\n<p>Once this feature is enabled, Grok should stop modifying your images. However, it blocks one specific way in which Grok can interact with the image. <\/p>\n<p>When this feature is turned on, other users won&#8217;t be able to tag @Grok in replies to your photo and you won&#8217;t be able to ask the AI \u200b\u200bto edit it. Even if someone uses a different method, it doesn&#8217;t stop the chatbot from editing the image.<\/p>\n<p>For example, anyone can download a photo or take a screenshot and then upload it again. Once an image exists as a new post or file, Grok may request that you edit it without restrictions.<\/p>\n<p>While the toggle is shutting down as one way to edit photos, many other doors for AI manipulation are still wide open.
