In the end, the judges had no problem handing a unanimous decision to Kavanagh, who earned the biggest win of his career over a former world champion. For Moreno, the loss was decisive as it was his second loss in a row. Moreno, 32, is far from a spring chicken, but there’s no need to label him a washed fighter just yet. He has the time (and the ability) to turn things around, but he and his team will have to look deep into where the problem is and try to fix it as quickly as possible. Because losing three games in a row doesn’t do his career any favors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

That said, he’s a fan favorite. Therefore, he will have a career inside the Octagon as long as he performs at a high level. Next up will probably be a fight with the aforementioned Johnson. Tagir Ulanbekov<\/strong> (No. 12) might be in order. Johnson (No. 13) is 1-2 in his last 3 games. Alex Perez<\/strong>Ulanbekov suffered new losses. Horiguchi Gyoji<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
