Poet, writer and essayist.<\/p>\n<p>Amrita is considered one of the most famous female writers on the subcontinent. She shows Pritam sitting in an open space while scribbling her diary with a black rose in front of her diary. <em>Cala Goul Rab<\/em>Her biography reveals the details of her personal life. Related to the poet Waris. Shah<\/p>\n<p>The poet is famous for writing in Punjabi, but he also wrote in Hindi and Urdu. Another famous work of Pritam was her book. <em>Finza<\/em>This book is considered the best written book on the division between India and Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p>In 1985 the poet was nominated for Rajya Sabha. She was also awarded for working as a literary wonder. In 1981, won the Bharatiya Jnanpith Literary Award.
