said Neil Mawston, director of strategy analysis.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Huawei surged at home in China during the quarter to offset regulatory uncertainties in other key regions such as North America and Western Europe.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Researchers estimate that iPhone sales dropped 8 percent this quarter this week, which released results without details on unit shipments this week.<\/p>\n<p>Woody Oh, director of Strategy Analytics, said, \u201cApple is stabilizing in China due to price adjustments and stimulus transactions, but other major markets such as India and Europe are still challenging expensive iPhones.<\/p>\n<p>A separate report from Counterpoint Research provided similar results, showing Samsung, Huawei and Apple at three major branches as overall sales declined.<\/p>\n<p>Counterpoint analyst Tarun Pathak said, however, that the US ban on selling technology to Huawei will affect the coming months.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;The ban did not lead to a decline in shipments this quarter, but it will not be in the future,&quot;
