McIngvale as the 2019 Grand Marshal.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- text --><\/p>\n<p>The 70th Annual Parade will take place in downtown Houston on Thursday, November 28th and will feature 13 festive floats and 12 high-flying balloons.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- text --><\/p>\n<p>&quot;We are pleased that Mac led the parade and began Houston&#39;s 2019 anniversary celebrations,&quot;
