US lawmakers accused Boeing of engaging in "intentional concealment patterns" to approve the flight of the 737 Max 8 plane.<\/p>\n

Boeing chief executive Dennis chief Renberg was accused of being prosecuted by the Senate Commerce Committee.<\/p>\n

Senators said Boeing rushes for safety, expressing serious concern about profiting over safety.<\/p>\n

Two deadly 737 Max 8 crashes killed a total of 346 people. Muilenburg admitted that the company had "mistakes".<\/p>\n

"We have a change to learn from thinking and changing," he said.<\/p>\n

Last October, the Boeing 737 Max, operated by Lion Air, crashed and killed 189 people on board.<\/p>\n

Five months later, the Ethiopian Airlines plane crashed, killing 157 people, after which all 737 Max fleets landed on the ground.<\/p>\n

Lawmakers accused Boeing of becoming aware of a problem with the 737 Max 8's automated control system, known as MCAS.<\/p>\n

    Senator Roger Wicker said that during the certification process, a message from Boeing employees about a problem with the MCAS test system betrayed "disaster-level contingencies and confusion." <\/p>\n

    Senator Richard Blumenthal said Boeing hastened the approval process and was involved in the "intentional concealment pattern."<\/p>\n

    He suggested that the pilot was misled and Boeing had in fact designed the flight crew.<\/p>\n

    Boeing delivered a message to the committee prior to testimony. <\/p>\n

    Muilenburg recently said that he could not know the details of the exchange and explain the details of the communication. <\/p>\n

    Many families who attended the hearing felt that the accidentally killed family had to avoid and resign Mr. Muilenburg to the BBC.<\/p>\n

    Paul Njoroge, who lost five families in an Ethiopian accident, said, "I want to make it clear that he is responsible for the death of 346 people because the conflict can prevent them."<\/p>\n

    Adnaan Stumo, whose sister Samya died in an Ethiopian air accident, said that Mr. Muilenburg had to step down and go to prison.<\/p>\n

    Senators also criticized the regulatory process for the excessive "pleasantness" between the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) company and safety officials. <\/p>\n

    Blumenthal described the US certification process as "absolutely broken."<\/p>\n

    Muilenburg said the company supported "strong directors" but did not support increasing the authority of the FAA.<\/p>\n

    Muilenburg said he leveraged industrial technology expertise to improve safety.<\/p>\n

    The company also disputed the "comfort" nature of its relationship with regulators.<\/p>\n

    Boeing chief engineer John Hamilton said, \u201cIt's not a cozy relationship. Professional relationship.<\/p>\n

    Boeing said it had modified the software and reviewed the review process since landing the 737 Max Fleet in March.<\/p>\n

    However, senators said the recertification continued to delay, raising serious questions about the initial approval.<\/p>\n

    They accused Boeing of not sharing more information about the MCAS system with a regulator or pilot, despite the power of controlling the plane's flight path.<\/p>\n

    Senator Maria Cantwell said the crash required extensive investigation of automation systems, which are becoming increasingly common not only in airplanes, but also in cars and other transportation. <\/p>\n
