Almost all the big names on the list took part in the 100th anniversary event earlier this month, so “the brave” represents a return to normal. In addition to the promotional debut of UFC veteran John Lineker, there are still two title fights.
Unfortunately, Vitaly Bigdash was forced to escape the fight against Leandro Ataides with a statin infection. This Friday (October 25, 2019) will be held in Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Here's a preview of the last five matches.
Adrian Mateis vs. Stepper Rahadian (straw)
The final Indonesian Indonesian straw weight fight is gathering two promotional veterans who enjoyed a late contrasting fate. Adrian Mattheis (9-4) has won 4 consecutive wins in this bout.
In contrast, Stefer Rahardian (8-4) lost his last four, revealing some limitations in the game. He's mostly a grapple but doesn't come from a wrestling background so he struggles to control where the fight takes place.
John Reinker vs. DroneBantamweight)
Muin Gafurov (16-2) signed with the UFC but forgot to sign the ONE Championship. Probably not the smartest career, but he was rewarded in the fight against Brazil, named after him in octagons.
John Lineker (31-9) is one of the most fun players on the UFC roster, but had a hard time gaining weight. He will try to have a devastating impact on the bantamweight division of the ONE Championship.
Priscilla Hertha Tea Lumban Gaol vs. Bo Jenna Anthony (Atomic weight)
Priscilla Hertati Lumban Gaol (6-4) is mainly a grapple and has a lot of experience. This would be her 10th ONE Championship fight and the last five all went a long way.
Bozhena Antoniyar (3-1) comes from the boxing background and easily beat Bi Nguyen in the final fight. Burmese fighters spent time training in Bali MMA, but if this fight goes to the ground, it will probably be a big drawback.
Kickboxing: Regian Eersel (c) vs. Nieky Holzken (For Lightweight title)
In the first match, Legian Essel scored a late knockdown and used his excellent keys to get good results. He has a classic Dutch kickboxing style and likes to hit with punches and low kicks.
Nieky Holzken brings serious power and is legendary in the kickboxing world. He needs to stay outside and pick a shot if Eersel can close the street and use his knees. This can be played like he is fighting for the first time.
Zebaztian Kadestam (c) vs. Kiam Lian Abbasov Base weight or above title)
Zebaztian Kadestam (12-4) started his MMA career in Thailand and earned a reputation as a destructive striker. He uses all Muay Thai weapons and is famous for his head kick before signing the ONE Championship.
It is worth noting that Kadestam has blocked all opponents at once in the ONE Championship except Ben Askren. Kiamrian Abbasov (21-4) was not clearly impressive in his ONE Championship debut, but won his last three wins.
