JUI-F’s guidelines to marchers indicate plans for long sit-in – Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: The Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam (JUI-F) has urged those willing to participate in its & # 39; Azadi March & # 39 ;, the anti-government movement scheduled to begin on October 27, to carry the ration and Other items needed for at least four to five days, indicating that the party may have a long sitting in Islamabad.

In accordance with the guidelines that the JUI-F issued to its workers and supporters, students should bring their academic books and the Holy Quran so that they do not miss their studies.

While thousands of young people study at JUI-F mothers across the country, it can be assumed that the party can use these students in "Azadi March".

The guidelines with 32 points have also been issued to the media.

These were initially issued by the provincial emir of the JUI-F in Sindh, Maulana Rashid Soomro. But now party leaders in other provinces have issued such guidelines.

The local chapters of the party have been directed to hire vehicles to take people to Islamabad only by one way.

Protesters have been asked to bring at least two sets of clothes, sheets, blankets, dried fruits, umbrellas, mobile phone chargers, water bottles, etc. They have also been asked to prepare for at least one week of stay in Islamabad.

However, protester applicants have been prohibited from carrying authorized or illegal weapons, knives, batons, rods, etc.

They have been asked to be peaceful and encourage others to remain peaceful during the march and avoid damaging public and private property along the way. Each group of protesters at the district level must have a crane to remove obstacles on the roads and an ambulance for any emergency. Ambulances must have a large amount of salt and water for a situation in which the police use tear gas to disperse protesters. The ambulance would move under the guidance of emires of the party at the district level.

The aspiring protesters have been ordered to bring their CNICs with them and not accompany any stranger in the convoy. The guidelines have also hinted at the establishment of a tent city in Islamabad, warning participants not to use LPG cylinders there.

It has been said that the stay in Islamabad could last a minimum of seven days, but it could be extended further.

According to the Sindh chapter of the JUI-F, the anti-government march from the province would start from the Karachi toll plaza on the Karchi-Hyderabad road from where it would go to the city of Ubauro in the Ghotki district.

Local chapters of the party have been ordered to ensure that all mosques and seminars in their areas are clean and prepared to house protesters and that these places must have WiFi and telephone services.

The JUI-F urged its workers and supporters to ask their women to fast during the "Azadi March" days.
