Introduced for the first time in February 2019, the Future Leader Program is aimed at actively contributing to the Pakistani business environment with the widespread adoption of nine universities in Pakistan, making a leap towards a greater future. looking forward. The program has attracted thousands of applications, with only 23 management trainees selected through a rigorous three-step screening process that includes online scenario-based assessments, group discussions and extensive panel interviews. Selected management trainees who offer a variety of diversity from cities and cities across the country to bank offices in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad were free to carve their way by choosing one of 11 departments that suited their tastes and skills .

The management trainee's journey now began with an exciting rotation planned for three months before being transferred to the core department for the next three months to optimize the experience. This six-month exposure to business activity is intended to prepare you for unparalleled success, and at the end of this period, your learning will be evaluated to determine your future role in the company. To make the platform more powerful and the Telenor Microfinance Bank's working environment more familiar to management trainees, a birdie or TMB staff was assigned to each management trainee so that a new buddy system was introduced to help new employees all through training.
