PCB pays tribute to late legend Abdul Qadir

LAHORE – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) expressed shock and sadness to the news of the deportation of legendary leg spinner Abdul Qadr and sent a message of condolences to his family.

Ehsan Mani PCB Chairman said: “We would like to convey the news of Abdul Qadir and express our deepest condolences to his family and friends on behalf of the PCB.”

“As with all PCBs, PCBs are proud of his service to Cricket and Pakistan. His contributions and achievements were not only limited in the field, but he also transferred the leg spin technique to emerging cricketers. ”

Abdul Qadir was not a bally Maestro, but was loved and respected all over the world for his outstanding understanding and knowledge of games, strong cricket ethics and discipline. ”
