Darvesh began his career by practicing law in Eta with senior Manish Babu Sharma. She moved there to Agra in 2009 after working there for five years. She rose very quickly in her career. In 2014 she was elected vice-president of the Uttar Pradesh State Bar Association. She was the first woman to be elected vice president of the UP Bar Council.

Darvesh and Manish suddenly began to argue when Manish pulled out a gun and shot Darvesh three times. Darvesh shot 2 bullets in the chest and 1 bullet in the head. Everyone was shocked and Manish shot himself before realizing what happened. They were taken to Pushpanjali Hospital, where Darvesh was announced to have died. Manish was in danger and the police waited for him to get better. They wanted to ask him. Mortal relics returned to Eta and were sent to her house for cremation.
